本サイトは、東京都立高等学校、東京都立中等教育学校後期課程の生徒並びに保護者の皆様を対象とした令和7年度端末購入支援金申請手続き専用サイトです。
This website is for those applying for the Device Purchase Grant for students entering Tokyo Metropolitan High Schools or the upper division of Tokyo Metropolitan Secondary Schools in the academic year 2025.

【対象の方】
Eligible persons:
①端末購入サイトでスマート・スクール端末（スマスク端末）を購入した方で、以下のいずれかに該当する方
・端末購入サイト/当申請サイトにおいてそれぞれの所定の期日までに端末購入支援金の申請手続きを完了できなかった方
・後から端末購入支援金の該当となることが判明した方
②端末購入サイト以外で購入された端末について、端末購入支援金の申請を希望する方
※端末購入支援金を申請するためには所定の条件があります。
必ず事前に学校まで所定の条件を満たしているかどうかご確認いただき、次のページから申請手続きを開始してください。

・端末購入支援金申請手続きにおいて徴取する個人情報は、事務局側における申請内容確認のために必要な範囲で利用します。
・Personal information collected during the Device Purchase Grant Support funds application process will be used to the extent necessary for the secretariat to verify the contents of the application.
・都立学校新入生スマート・スクール端末購入サイトより学校指定端末を購入した場合に、当該サイトに登録されている端末購入支援金申請者情報を利用します。
・If a school-designated device is purchased through the Smart-school terminal order site for New Students at Tokyo Metropolitan Schools, the information on the applicant for the Device Purchase Grant registered on the website will be used.
・本対象生徒が所属校に在学していることを確認するため、所属校が管理する情報を利用します。
・In order to confirm that the student is enrolled in the school, information managed by the school will be used.
端末購入支援金の利用について
About using the Device Purchase Grant
端末購入支援金の利用について、以下誓約し、違反があった場合は都の求めに従い端末購入支援金の交付手続きを中止するとともに交付された端末購入支援金を即時返還しますか。
Regarding the use of the Device Purchase Grant, will you make the following pledge, and if there is a violation, will you follow the request of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to halt the disbursement procedure for the Device Purchase Grant and immediately return the Device Purchase Grant that you have been disbursed?
